How to use

Pre-form the nose clip with your hands so that it roughly matches the shape of your nose.

Hold the mask over your mouth and nose and place the straps around your head. The lower strap should go around the neck. The top strap should run around the back of the head above the ears. For the mask version with ear loops, put the mask on from the front and pull the two loops behind your ears.

Unfold the mask up over your nose and down over your chin. Make sure the mask is completely unfolded.

Adjust the nose clip to fit your nose and make sure that the mask fits snugly. You can check that it is tight and snug by holding the mask with both hands, inhaling deeply and exhaling forcefully. If air escapes from the nasal clip, it must be pressed down harder. In the case of other leaks, change the fit of the mask slightly and adapt it to the shape of the face.
